Association Members are required to receive Board approval before beginning an external project. This includes visible home changes (paint, siding, windows, shingles), construction of additions or other structures, tree removal, driveway changes and major landscaping improvements. See the "Policies" link below for further details.

These are the policies and guidelines developed over the years and approved by the Board of Directors. They are enforced via code enforcement inspections and the Architectural Review Board, including via change requests that are submitted.
